The 60’s
1963	Founding of KESO AG, precision lock factory and move to the residential and business premises at Querstrasse 6, Richterswil.
1965	First license contract for the USA, with the firm of Sargent in New Haven, CT.
1967	Further license contracts with Lips lock factory in Dordrecht, Netherlands and Wilhelm Grundmann in Rohrbach, Austria.

The 70’s
1972	Cooperation contract with Chauvat Sofranq in Moulins, France.
1978	New administration and manufacturing building in Unteren Schwandenstrasse 22, Richterswil.

The 80’s
1982	Founding of KESO Deutschland GmbH in Buchholz.
1987	Founding of JKF (JPM KESO France) in St. Barthélémy d’Anjou, France.

The 90’s
1993	Founding of KESO do Brasil in Campinas, Brazil.
1995	Awarded the Quality Management Certificate DIN EN ISO 9001.
1996	Founding of KESO Austria GmbH in Salzburg.

2000 to present date
2001	Integration of KESO AG in the ASSA ABLOY Group.
2002	Cooperation contract with UK Security Products (UNION).
2003	Expansion in Richterswil, production processes moved over to autonomous production and 40th anniversary of KESO AG.
2004	Integration of IKON (Switzerland) AG in the KESO Group.
2007	Certification of the management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001.
